FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What is a TV listings solution?

It is a platform that manages the programme schedules of dozens of channels, updates broadcasts in real time, enriches programme pages (films, series, episodes, sport) and publishes them on a publisher's website, apps and other channels.

Since when has ArtWhere worked on TV listings?

Since 2008 and the launch of the Ciné Télé Revue website. ArtWhere went on to develop Télécâble Sat (2018), Moustique (2020) and Télé 7 Jours (2026). Its TV listings solutions are also used by Le Soir, La DH, L'Avenir and Paris Match Belgium.

Which export formats and standards are supported?

ArtWhere's solutions are compatible with EPG and XML standards, data syndication and industry aggregators, with automated exports to all distribution channels.

Can the platform handle audience peaks?

Yes. Hosting is sized for traffic peaks during major broadcasts: at the launch of Télé 7 Jours' new platform, the site absorbed several million visits on the first evening.
