Do I own the delivered code?
Yes. Under ArtWhere's terms and conditions, the intellectual property of the deliverables (code, design, documentation) is transferred to the client upon delivery or signature, depending on the contract.
What is provided after delivery?
ArtWhere provides free technical support for 3 months after delivery (bug fixes, assistance, critical security patches). Beyond that, support is covered by a maintenance contract. Deliverables are documented and your teams are trained.
